Dream Home Collective is rooted in East Tennessee in more ways than one. Both Becca and Laura grew up here, moved away after college, and ultimately chose to come home. That experience gives us a unique perspective: we know and love this area, but we also understand firsthand the stress that can come with relocating, starting over in a new community, or simply making a move during a busy season of life.
We’re also moms who have lived through many of the same decisions our clients face. Between the two of us, we’ve navigated homeschooling, public school and private school, along with seasons as stay-at-home parents and working parents. We understand that choosing a home is about far more than bedrooms, bathrooms and square footage - it’s about how a home, neighborhood and community fit the life you’re building.
Dream Home Collective was originally born out of Becca’s role as President of local homebuilder HDI. What began as a way to market and sell HDI’s new homes quickly grew when Laura joined during HDI’s second community to assist with listings, represent buyers, and help HDI purchasers sell their existing homes. That need naturally evolved into a full-service real estate group affiliated with Keller Williams Signature in Knoxville.
Today, we bring experience in both new construction and resale to every client we serve. On the resale side, we look at homes through an eye toward value, presentation and market positioning, using a proven approach that has helped our sellers achieve exceptional results, including homes selling quickly and, in many cases, above list price.
On the new-construction side, our experience gives us insight into the process from the builder, buyer and Realtor perspectives. We prioritize communication, education and guidance so our clients always know what comes next. Building or buying a new home can feel overwhelming, but with the right people beside you, we believe it can also be one of the most exciting and enjoyable experiences you’ll have.

Rebecca was very patient and professional while dealing with us and our agent. In all we had to put in several contracts on a number of homes in Melton Meadows due to issues with selling our prior home.
